Financial Advisor
In your role as the Financial Advisor, you must effectively plan, manage leads, and interact with potential clients in order to achieve company goals and objectives. Additionally, you will need to follow the 6 step financial planning process in order to ensure your clients get the best independent financial advice. You will be able to offer clients the best of long term and short term insurance to ensure you become the only financial advisor your client will require.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ financial planning experience
- Certified matric certificate
- Certified copy of ID (Must be a South African citizen)
- Certified copy of RE5 certificate
- Tertiary qualification an advantage
- Certified copy of NQF Level 5 Wealth Management Certificate – Only required within 5 years, however will be beneficial when applying
- Class of Business
- Computer literacy
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Own Laptop and cell phone
Telesales for Short Term Insurance
The successful individual will be required to perform on, but not limited to, the following key outputs:
- Matric
- Achieve insure sales target
- Communication to members telephonically and email
- Attending to general administration
- Conduct Financial Needs Analysis
- Achieve quality target
- Overcome objections
- Adhering to service level agreements
Requirements
- At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environment
- Minimum 2 years short-term product knowledge
- PC literacy, email, word, excel
Successful candidates must be comfortable with a sales and target driven environment. The organisation has an excellent basic commission structure, the first 3 months will have a retainer, after month 3 the role will be basic and commission based.
